General Conditions for Sales contracts of tourism packages

Foreword. The Notion of tourism package
is in according to art. 2 n. 1 Legislative decree n. 111 of 17/03/1995 on the realisation of Law 90/314/CEE.
For the Legislation sources, Booking, Payments, Price, Client withdrawal, Cancellation of tourism packages, Clarification regarding cancellation, Modification after departure, Substitution, Obligations of the participants, Hotel classification, Realms of responsibility, Limits to compensation, Obligations of assistance, Complaints and reports, Insurance against cancellation expenses and those of repatriation, Guarantee fund, see Law 90/314/CEE.

Forfeit for cancellation:
- 10% of the total price up to 30 working days before departure;
- 30% of the total price from 29 to 21 working days before departure;
- 50% of the total price from 20 to 10 working days before departure;
- 75% of the total price from 9 to 3 working days before departure;
- 100% of the total price thereafter.

Prices
The prices shown are based on current market prices and are at the tima of printing.
Hotl prices indicated are per person per day in a double room for a minimun period of one week; when additional charges and reductions for extra beds for children are made the age is up to but not including that stated.
For residences and apartments the prices refer to one habitable unit with the indicated number of people included as in the stated price and for a minimum period of one week.
Bookings
The acceptance of the Booking depends on availability of piaces and is considered binding at the moment of written confirmation of booking by Agenzia Viaggi TRAGHETTO.
